You don’t need to arrive with a finished brief. You might have a clear idea, several competing ideas, or simply a problem you haven’t worked out how to solve.
I start with a conversation about how you live, what works, what doesn’t, what you’re trying to achieve and the assumptions already shaping your thinking.
Then I look at the space independently, drawing on over 35 years of construction and design experience to challenge those assumptions and explore what might work better.
Sometimes that confirms what you were already thinking. Sometimes it reveals a simpler, less disruptive or less expensive way forward.
Your Living Plan brings together the thinking from our conversation into a clear, practical record of what you're trying to achieve and how your home could respond.
Depending on what you need, it might include recommendations, alternative ways of using the space, illustrative floor plans, practical considerations and clear next steps.

Every project is different, so I don't ask you to choose from a list of packages.
We'll start with a free initial conversation about your home, what's not working, what you're hoping to achieve and anything you've already considered or been told.
From there, I'll explain how I think I can help, what would be useful for your project and what that would involve. You'll have clear, fixed price before you decide whether to go ahead.
